The person behind the platform

A blend of technology, fitness, and purpose-driven guidance.
Nabyendu

I am Nabyendu — software engineer by profession, fitness and martial arts enthusiast by choice, and someone who figured out the hard way that most fitness advice is written for people with no job, no family, and no social life.

I am in my mid-40s. I work a corporate job. I have family responsibilities, real food on my plate, and an entirely reasonable relationship with pizza. I am also, by most sensible definitions, fit. Not because I followed a perfect programme — but because I stopped looking for one. I trained in the morning before anyone else was awake, ate Indian food without guilt, and built habits I could actually keep for ten years, not three weeks.

This platform exists because I got tired of watching intelligent people fail at something that does not have to be complicated. Fitness is not a discipline reserved for the young, the obsessed, or the ones who carry tupperware to weddings. It belongs to everyone willing to be consistent — and I built Fitness For All to help you find your version of that.

01
Consistency beats perfection
The habit you keep for ten years will always beat the perfect plan you follow for three weeks.
02
Real life is part of the plan
Pizza, family dinners, birthday cake — they are not obstacles. A plan that cannot hold them is a bad plan.
03
Fitness belongs to everyone
Not just the young, the obsessed, or the ones with a personal chef. You just need the right starting point.
